Sky of Wishes is a lantern festival event taking place on 24 and 25 November 2026 in Chiang Mai, Thailand. This website (skyofwishes.com) is operated by the Sky of Wishes organizing team, designed by Commercial Kraft.

We collect only the information you choose to give us:
- Email address. When you register your interest through our waitlist form.
- Name. If you provide it on the waitlist form.
- Message content. If you choose to send a question or note via the form.
We do not collect payment information on this website. Ticket purchases will be processed by our partner TicketMelon under their own privacy policy.

- We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this website.
- We do not collect your location, browsing history, or device fingerprint.
- We do not buy, sell, or share your personal data with advertisers.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to:
- Notify you when ticket sales open.
- Send you early-bird offers and event-related updates.
- Reply to questions you have sent us.

We will never use your data for purposes outside these without asking you first.

Our waitlist form is processed through Netlify Forms, our website hosting provider. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policy. When ticket sales open, ticket purchases will be processed by TicketMelon under their privacy policy.
Children
Our website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has submitted information to us, please contact us so we can remove it.
Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from your use of this website will be handled under Thai jurisdiction.
