Terms & Conditions

v1 · Pending final legal review. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Sky of Wishes website and registration of interest for tickets. Final ticket terms will be issued by our partner TicketMelon at the time of purchase.

The agreement

By using this website (skyofwishes.com), submitting your information through our forms, or attending the Sky of Wishes event, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or attend the event.

Event details

Programme details, schedule, and final logistics are subject to change. Guests will be notified of any material changes through our website and via the contact email they have registered.

Tickets and ticket sales

At the time this website launched, ticket sales had not yet opened. Tickets will be sold exclusively through our partner TicketMelon when sales open. Buyers will be subject to TicketMelon's terms of service and payment policies in addition to these Terms.

Pricing

Ticket prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB). Multi-currency conversion at checkout is handled by TicketMelon. Children under 6 enter free as guests of their family and do not require a ticket. They share their parents' lantern release experience.

Refunds and exchanges

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Please review event details carefully before purchasing. In the event the festival is cancelled in full, refund or transfer terms will be communicated through TicketMelon.

Resale and transfer

Tickets are issued for individual use. Unauthorized resale, transfer, or commercial distribution of tickets is prohibited and may invalidate the ticket.

Conduct at the event

To ensure a safe and meaningful experience for all guests:

Photography, video, and likeness

By attending Sky of Wishes, you acknowledge that the event will be photographed and filmed. Your image may appear in event coverage, marketing material, and social media. If you do not wish to be photographed, please contact our team on arrival to request placement away from primary camera positions.

Health and safety

The festival is held outdoors in the evening. Guests are advised to wear comfortable clothing and bring a light layer. Mobility access is available; please contact our team in advance to arrange dedicated accessibility support.

Sky of Wishes is committed to environmental responsibility. All sky lanterns and water lanterns provided are biodegradable. Retrieval crews sweep the event area at dawn.

Force majeure

Sky of Wishes is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, acts of government, public health requirements, infrastructure failures, or other emergencies.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sky of Wishes, its organizers, partners, sponsors, and venue operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your attendance at the event or use of this website.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and video, is the property of Sky of Wishes and Commercial Kraft, or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Thailand.

Updates to these terms

We may update these Terms as our event approaches and as our legal counsel completes their review. The current version will always be on this page. The Terms in force at the time of your ticket purchase apply to your attendance.
